How do I place an order?

  • Choose a product category and select the product of your choice;

  • Register to create an account on eshilp.com. You can also checkout as a guest by simply using your email address. Please note that if you register with us you will get the following benefits: -speeds up the ordering process -allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund and notify you about different promotions from time to time through email;

  • Carefully enter your billing and shipping address;

  • Select one of the payment options (Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) and enter the Welcome Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable;

  • Review your order and the final price and place order.

  • You will now receive an order confirmation email from eShilp Team.

  • You can check Order history in 'My Account' section if you are logged into your account.

How to know whether my order is successful?

  • You will receive a confirmation email from eShilp Team once you have successfully placed an order. This email contains all the details related to your order.Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

How to check the status of the order I placed?

  • We update you via emails at every step regarding the status of your order.You will receive a confirmation email with order details from eShilp Team once your order is placed. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details.Please check your spam for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

How will my order be delivered to me?

  • Your order would be delivered to you at your doorstep through reputed courier companies.

Can I place a bulk order for an item?

  • Yes, you can directly contact us at support@eShilp.com or  +91 8829947777 regarding ordering in Bulk quantity.

Can I place order over phone?

  • Only Bulk orders can be placed over phone.

I tried placing an order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What about the money that was deducted from my card?

  • Please first check your bank/credit card account to ensure whether your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 7 business days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact eShilpcustomersupport as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered and you wish to cancel the order, please contact eShilpcustomersupport with your order number. We can cancel it and refund your amount but please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately No. You will need to place another order for that additional item.

What is eShilp.com's Return/Exchange and Refund Policy?

Returns/Exchanges and Refunds:

eShilp.com is committed to deliver the products ordered by you in a perfect and undamaged condition. Therefore, each product is checked properly in regards to its quality, accuracy and details as displayed on the website before dispatching the same.

eShilp.com will accept Return or Exchange only if the following conditions are met:

  1. Return or Exchange request should be made within 15 days from the date of delivery of product.

  2. The tags on the product should be intact.

  3. The product should be unused and in an undamaged condition.

  4. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

  5. eShilp.com does not offer reverse pickup of the items, therefore, the customer will need to send us the shipment himself/herself whereby the shipment fee will also be borne by him/her.

  6. Please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Note: - Since the products are handcrafted items, guarantee of exactness can't be assured and there may be slight variations as to certain aspects of your order such as the design accuracy and intricacy, color, size, etc.
